Payments and mobile wallets

Will every merchant accept my card?

No. Acceptance depends on the merchant, payment network, transaction type, card status, available balance and other controls. A stated plan limit does not guarantee approval.

Which plans list Apple Pay and Google Pay?

Gold lists Apple Pay and Google Pay support. Platinum lists Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay support. Device, region, wallet provider and card issuer availability can still affect whether you can add and use a card.

When can I fund a card?

Use the official bot for the current card issuance and funding flow. Do not send assets to an address provided by an unverified person or account.

Security basics

Will TWCards ask for my recovery phrase?

No. Never share a wallet seed phrase or private key. They are not needed to apply for or manage a card.

How do I recognize the official application flow?
