Use a clear trust boundary
Open TWCards only from the official site or official Telegram bot. Be cautious of similarly named accounts, copied websites, sponsored messages and anyone who reaches out first to offer help.
Keep three types of information separate
Card details are for a legitimate checkout. A one-time code is for an expected official confirmation. A wallet recovery phrase or private key is never for card setup, card activation, funding support or payment verification.
Make activity visible
- Review transaction alerts and account history regularly.
- Keep software and device security up to date.
- Use available card controls quickly if a transaction is unfamiliar.
- Use official support channels, not a direct-message “agent.”
No security habit removes all risk. The goal is to reduce exposure and recognise a problem early enough to respond safely.
