Verify the destination in the live flow
Open the official TWCards bot or account path yourself. Check the supported asset, selected network, destination and amount instructions there. A wrong network or copied destination can result in a loss that cannot be reversed.
Check the amount you intend to use
Consider the payment you expect to make, the current available card balance, disclosed charges and any network costs. Do not assume every wallet balance becomes immediately available to a card.
Funding checklist
- Use a verified official link, not a message or image sent by another account.
- Match the asset and network exactly to the live instructions.
- Review the displayed fee and processing information before you confirm.
- Never share a recovery phrase or private key for funding “help.”
If any destination detail changes unexpectedly, pause and reopen the official flow rather than sending funds.
